We have a new story in Sunflower class. We are now reading The Three Little Pigs. Mademoiselle Stella read the story to us in Spanish and we also read it in Polish with some of the children in Sunflower class translating for us.

We've also built houses and then seen how easy it is to 'huff and puff' and blow them down. Can you remember which type of house was blown down easily? Which was the strongest?

I liked making the houses. We made them out of straw and small bricks. I had a go at building a house of sticks with real sticks. I tried to blow it down, but I couldn't!

  5. You're right. The brick house was the strongest. Thank goodness our houses are made out of brick and not straw!
